Job Description

We are currently representing a Fintech start-up who have received investment and are looking to scale their commercial team.

 Sitting on the leadership team you will be responsible for:

Key Responsibilities

  • Build product partnerships with local vendors as necessary
  • Own and build key channels including PR, Partnerships, SEO, Paid Marketing, Events and Outbound
  • Own all aspects of customer success - upselling, relationship management
  • Build out a commercial function for SMEs that will be responsible for onboarding, customer support, go-to-market and pricing
  • Get customers to agree to participate in product discovery (projects, expiremenation)
  • Help define the key value proposition of our product to drive growth in your markets

Key Requirements 

  • 3-4 years of people management experience: you’ve grown and developed global sales teams
  • Experience bringing new products to market, opening product lines, and driving sales enablement
  •  Experience building out CRM processes
  • Experience in high volume growth (preferably in the B2B space)
  • Understanding of what it takes to work with an early stage company
  • Evidence of success in growing customer base from the ground up
