A high-growth AI company with 250 people globally have an exciting opportunity for a Head of Commercial Operations in the UK. Having recently completed a series A funding of 30m USD and in the process of completing series B, the company has huge growth plans to double in size this year and look to IPO in the next 3 years.
Key Responsibilities
Based in London, you will be tasked to help scale and build sales operations across UK, India and the MENA regions focusing on SMEs. The company has large growth plans, and you will be tasked to grow a team from ultimately ground zero to 10 in the first 6 months.
Key Requirements
- Must come from a B2B background
- Must have built a successful a high performing sales team from scratch
- Experience working for a start-up organisation
- Able to work with the founders and senior stakeholders to devise a commercial strategy
