Job Description

Our client is a fast-growing technology SME, with a wide variety of growing clients. With the increasing client demand they are looking to hire a Sales Manager to continue the focus on new business. They are looking for a true hunter with proven experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Building new sales teams
  • Developing a strategy for a sales team to execute
  • Ensuring the team remain motivated
  • Identifying and calling new prospects
  • Build strategy for specific prospects understanding their buying processes and personas
  • Identifying and acting on opportunities to cross-sell and up-sell
  • Maintaining market and product knowledge
  • Preparing quotes for clients
  • Forecasting and managing pipelines

Key Requirements:

  • 3+ years of sales experience
  • A proven success track record in sales
  • Tech product knowledge
  • Excellent people skills
  • The ability to develop/build relationships
