Job Description
One of the most globally recognized and innovative food companies, with multiple well known food brands, has an urgent requirement for a Brand Manager. This is a 6 - 9 months fixed term contract but given the size of the business, there could be opportunity to stay longer. You will work as part of the global brand marketing team and gain exposure to global brand management from day one. You will report into the Senior Brand Manager
Key Responsibilities
- Own & lead, end to end, innovation initiatives from idea creation to implementation in close collaboration with the cross functional and regional teams
- Lead projects with real business impact that will allow you to make a difference from day one on this iconic global brand
- Working on new product development and brand innovation
- Reviewing consumer insights, pack design and implementation
- Post-launch tracking & communication
Key Requirements
- Prior work experience within Marketing (likely 2-5 years’ experience)
- Innovation/product development experience
- Project Management experience
- Confident communication skills and a ‘go-getter’
- Strong organizational & collaboration skills
