Having started his career managing a 5* hotel before becoming an FX trader, Luke’s diverse background provided him with excellent foundations from which to build his recruitment career.

He has now spent the last six years on one of the fastest career trajectories within recruitment, having been promoted five times in six years and quickly moving through the ranks from Associate Consultant to Director.

Luke’s success is furthered by his consistent position as a top biller, the mentoring and training of his team and colleagues, and participating in out of work programmes to help better the community.

In his spare time, Luke enjoys travelling and exploring new places around the world. He is also an accomplished and avid sportsman having played Football, Tennis and Athletics at a National Level, and still playing at a semi-professional level today.

Luke focuses on hiring Strategy and Corporate Development roles across both Financial Services, Fintech, Professional Services and Consumer Goods.  Typical mandates will require candidates that have been educated and trained through the top Management consulting practices, these can include General Management, Heads of, Directors and VP’s of Strategy, Analytics or both Investment and Portfolio roles in Private Equity.

The focus within change management and transformation focuses on large scale or more tactical transformation for businesses or purer change management capabilities. These can include but are not limited to regulatory, system implementations or process efficiencies. Mandates will include Heads of Change/Transformation, Programme Director, Programme Manager, PMO, Process Managers and Business Analysts.
